As a virtual assistant to realtors/brokers my responsibilities include input listings in the MLS, keep status of listings updated, setting up showings thru Showingtime, Sentrilock or reaching out to the agents. I also schedule timely property inspections and collect inspection reports before due diligence expiry. Managing calendars & keeping track of important emails is part of my job description . I communicate with our buyers and sellers collecting all the necessary information for the paperwork and keep them posted about the status of their buying/selling process.

As a transactions coordinator my responsibilities include preparing & reviewing real estate contracts, filing of the paperwork with the brokerage, communicating with closing attorneys or escrow companies, keeping the transactions on track and timely communication will all parties involved, to keep everyone on the same page.
