Project details
With over 10 years of hands-on experience in QA/QC for oil & gas and lithium processing plant construction projects, I have developed and applied these inspection templates directly in the field, across vendor shops, fabrication yards and construction sites. These are not generic documents pulled from the internet. Every template reflects real inspection workflows: how H/W/R points are assigned, what dimensional checks matter for each equipment type, and how NCRs are written to be actionable and auditable. You get professional, standards-aligned templates (ASME, API, AWS) that are immediately usable, fully editable, and structured the way experienced inspectors and client representatives actually expect them.Whether you are a project QA manager, a third-party inspection agency or an EPC contractor preparing for vendor surveillance, this pack gives you a solid, credible starting point that saves time and reduces the risk of missing critical inspection points.

About Maria Sol
Quality Engineer | ISO 9001 | Project & Process Quality | PM
Campana, Argentina - 8:55 pm local time
Delayed mechanical completion. Failed vendor audits. Incomplete databooks that hold up final payment. These are not documentation problems, they are project execution risks that cost real money.
I am a Chemical Engineer and QA/QC specialist with 13 years of EPCM experience on large-scale oil & gas and lithium processing plant construction projects. I have built quality systems from the ground up, managed vendor surveillance across international fabrication shops, and delivered audit-ready documentation packages that satisfy the most demanding operators and certification bodies.
What I do for EPC?/M and industrial construction projects:
1. QA/QC Systems & Documentation: I design and implement full Quality Management Systems for EPCM projects: QA/QC Plans, ITPs, SOPs, NCR workflows and document control structures aligned with ISO 9001, ASME and API requirements. Built for real project execution, not just audit compliance.
2. Vendor Surveillance & Supplier Quality: I act as your technical eyes on the ground or remotely for fabrication shops and international suppliers. From pre-award surveys to final release inspections, I ensure your vendors meet contractual and code requirements before equipment ships.
3. Databook & MDR Compilation: I structure and compile complete quality dossiers: MDRs, handover databooks, quality dossiers that your client or operator will accept without objection at project closeout.
4. Technical Submissions & EPC/M Contract Compliance: I manage and coordinate technical submission processes for EPC/M contracts, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, submission registers and client approval workflows.
5. ISO 9001 Implementation: I help manufacturing companies and project organizations implement ISO 9001 compliant systems from gap analysis to full documentation and audit preparation.
Why clients in oil & gas and mining choose me:
I bring the technical depth of a Chemical Engineer, the field experience of 13 years on EPCM projects, and the practical mindset of someone who has managed quality under real project pressure: tight schedules, demanding operators, and international vendor chains. Based in Seoul, I work in the Asia-Pacific time zone and have direct experience coordinating QA activities with fabricators across China and worldwide.
I do not deliver theoretical compliance frameworks. I deliver structured, practical quality systems that work in the field and hold up under client and third-party scrutiny.
