Currently working as a Freight Produce Supervisor, where I manage quality and inventory control for organic and conventional produce, oversee inbound deliveries, and train QC and IC auditors on inspection procedures for JIT and cross-dock loads. Before that, I spent a year as a Produce Logistics Dispatcher, optimizing inbound/outbound truckloads, managing carrier relationships, and building weekly optimization reports that tracked cost savings across the distribution center.
As a freelance Logistics and Supply Chain consultant, I've worked with clients in 3PL, distribution, and e-commerce, handling dispatching, shipment optimization, and account management. I've supervised teams, onboarded new logistics clerks and dispatchers, and managed marketplace product listings and order fulfillment.
Earlier in my career, I served as an Assistant Account Manager at a 3PL warehouse, where I led a team of 6 coordinators and managed a portfolio of brand accounts spanning beauty, apparel, and retail.
