Most of the work I do is building or fixing the core automation system such as welcome flows, abandoned cart, post purchase, winback, and review request emails so they actually run properly and support repeat sales instead of operating in isolation.
A lot of brands already have email tools in place but the flows are incomplete, unstructured, or not really connected to how customers move through the store. I usually step in to clean that up and rebuild what is needed so everything works as one system.
Alongside flows I also handle campaign setup, email writing, design, segmentation, and ongoing management when needed.
