I'm available for Virtual Assistant position and/or Customer Support for your company / online shop.
I'm bilingual: Italian-Spanish, speak fluent English and German level B1. I have a bachelor's degree in Communication and Media and a Master's degree in "International Trade Direction".
I have 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE in Customer Service and I have been working now for 2 years for an international cosmetic company as Customer Service Responsible for the UK and european market and logistic coordinator.
If you need any help with translations you can also rely on me as I have experience in website translation English-Spanish and English-Italian. We will discuss the price. I'm a very organized person and I have great management skills. I love to organize events and activities so I will be a good fit if you're looking for a Virtual Assistant.
I'm hard-working person and responsible. Please let me know which kind of help you need and we can discuss together the best way to support you. I am currently available for flexible hours during the week (2 hours a day) and weekends on flexible hours. My fixed price is 20 €/hr with commission excluded and it can change depending on the project.
