I have completed tasks during my time as a 8-5 office manager for 7 years. That included starting out at the ripe age of 22 and creating a name for myself. In a wealth management firm I was able to become an asset to over 6 financial advisors, with books of business over 500 clients each. Keeping their books of business inline, making sure they were each a designated fiduciary to their clients. Also making sure they were organized and on top of their responsibilities. Taking off the heat off of them from day to day "simple" tasks I would handle all communications and streamline as needed.
After that, I become an Claims Adjuster for a fortune 500 company, being a claims adjuster you have to be able to read and understand contracts, terms and conditions, and able to verbalize to multiple businesses on behalf of the company but also allowing the customer being top priority. This is a strong suit in my business model, making decisions independently, while following the rules and regulations. These two career paths have indicated I am a hard working individual ready to make a leap and do what I am truly am passionate about. That is putting my work ethic and my skills into a business that is in need of assistance. I have completed multiple compliance courses, always will & always have passed the federal background check, I am always engaging in completing the task at hand and giving 100% of my efforts 100% of the time.

I have managed multiple books of business at a time, keeping all advisors or business professionals inline. With that being said, I have experience in training current staff of processes and procedures. These are all listed and many more that I have experience with.
While I enjoy taking the time at helping create that business plan and completing deadlines beyond measure. I also wanted to include who I am as a person.
