I will get your Xero Accounting set up from the scratch. Xero is an online accounting software for small businesses. Due to the wrong set up, you may not get correct management information.
Under this project I will help you on the following:
Starter:
- Chart of Account
- Bank, PayPal and Credit Card Accounts and activating Bank Feeds where available
- Tax rates and financial settings
- Tracking categories
- Conversion/Opening balance entry
Standard:
- All in starter plus the following
- Setting up Payroll for up to 2 employees
- Setting up Inventories (Tracked or Non-Tracked)
- Setting up "Bank Rules" for automatic reconciliation for repeated similar transactions
Advanced:
- All in Standard plus the following
- Integration with one Add-on (like for eCommerce clients integration with A2X for Amazon/Shopify/eBay Sellers)
- Setting up custom formatting of various financial reports for management information
I am a Xero Certified Adviser since 2015 and have enough experience in setting up Xero as well as carrying out regular bookkeeping. Besides, I am a Chartered Accountant and ex-KPMG Professional.
