Progress reports for Innovate UK, UKRI, and Horizon Europe projects are more than an admin task. Funders scrutinise them carefully and a poorly written report raises questions about delivery even when the project is on track.
I write progress and milestone reports that cover what funders need to see: progress against objectives, evidence of milestones met, financial narrative, risks and how you're managing them, and next steps. I can work from rough notes or bullet points.
The Basic tier covers a single section of your report, which works well if you're stuck on one specific part. Standard delivers a complete report for a single-organisation submission. Premium covers consortium reports where inputs need to be gathered and coordinated across multiple partners before writing begins.
I've managed funded innovation programmes from inside universities and research organisations and know how reporting requirements work in practice across different funder formats.

About Robert

Robert R.Status: Offline
Innovation funding bids, accelerator pitches and project dleivery
Coventry, United Kingdom - 2:06 am local time
I've spent twenty years working at the point where ideas meet funding. That's meant writing bids, managing delivery, coordinating partners across borders, and helping organisations navigate the gap between winning money and spending it well.
Some of the work I'm most familiar with: delivering European Programmes across multiple countries, managing a university investment programme, supporting engineering and social technology businesses with their commercial models, and setting up a university incubator programmes. I've worked inside universities, innovation agencies, and research programmes long enough to know how funders think and what delivery actually looks like under the surface.
I work with startups preparing their first accelerator application, SMEs applying for Innovate UK or Horizon Europe funding, and organisations that have won the grant but are struggling to keep delivery on track. I'm also useful when a pitch needs sharpening or a consortium needs someone to hold the coordination together.
I won't take on work I can't deliver well. If something isn't part of my skills and experience I'll tell you before you spend money.
