You will get your messy spreadsheet cleaned, deduplicated and ready to analyze

Project details
Send me the messy file. You get back one that's actually usable.
Exports rarely arrive clean. Headers are inconsistent, cells carry stray whitespace, the same record shows up three times, and half the blanks are "NA", "null" or "-" instead of genuinely empty. Sorting and pivoting on that produces wrong numbers quietly, which is the worst kind of wrong.
I standardize headers to a consistent format, strip whitespace from every cell, remove exact duplicate rows, drop fully-empty rows and columns, and normalize placeholder junk to true empty so your formulas and filters behave.
What makes this different: I don't silently guess. Anything ambiguous gets flagged for your review rather than auto-resolved, and every delivery comes with a summary of exactly what changed and how many rows it affected. Your original file is never overwritten.
If your problem turns out to be smaller or larger than the tier you picked, I'll tell you straight before starting rather than upselling you.

About Kolten
Excel & Google Sheets | Data Cleanup, Dashboards, Report Automation
Dixon, United States - 7:57 am local time
Most businesses aren't short on data - they're short on data they can actually read. Exports don't match, columns are inconsistent, and someone rebuilds the same report by hand every Monday. That's what I fix.
What I do:
- Data cleanup - deduplicate, standardize dates/names/formats, merge sources, flag errors. Messy CSV in, analysis-ready file out.
- Dashboards - KPI views with pivot tables, dynamic charts, and slicers, so your numbers update themselves instead of being rebuilt.
- Report automation - formulas, Power Query, and scripts that turn a recurring 3-hour manual job into a single refresh click.
How I work: I confirm exactly what "done" looks like before I start, deliver a working file (not a screenshot), and include a short walkthrough so your team can actually use it. Revisions until the output matches what we agreed.
Send me your messiest file and what you wish it told you. I'll tell you straight whether it's a 1-hour fix or a rebuild.
Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Kolten can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Kolten receives requirements from you.
Kolten works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Audit the file and confirm scope
I open your file, count the actual issues (duplicates, blank rows, inconsistent headers), and confirm what "clean" means for your use case before touching anything.
Clean, dedupe and standardize
Headers standardized, whitespace stripped, duplicates and empty rows removed, placeholder values normalized. Anything ambiguous goes to a review tab instead of being guessed.
