This project was created to manage employee attendance and salary calculation for the month of April 2025 at Debidwar Popular diagnostic center . The spreadsheet contains structured data including employee names, IDs, designations, and daily attendance records. Each day of the month is tracked with a presence or absence status, allowing for accurate attendance monitoring. Based on total present days and absent days, the system calculates total paid days, basic salary, per-day salary, and additional financial details such as house rent, medical allowance, gross salary, and provident fund deductions. The final column provides the in-hand salary for each employee after all adjustments.
