Multibrand Zendesk Launches & Optimization
We had a very positive experience working with Réda and CRM Scene on improving and restructuring our Zendesk environment.
Over time, our setup had become increasingly difficult to maintain due to multiple workflows, automations, brands, macros, and custom configurations that had been added progressively. Réda took the time to properly review the existing setup, understand the operational challenges we were facing, and identify areas that needed to be simplified and standardized.
What we appreciated most was their structured and methodical approach. Instead of making rushed changes directly in production, they clearly explained the issues, proposed solutions, documented the recommended changes, and implemented everything in a controlled and organized way. Communication throughout the project was also very smooth, and they were transparent regarding limitations, technical considerations, and best practices.
