I will work with you over the course of two weeks to flesh out and perfect your go to market strategy. We will meet at least 3 times and at most 10 times over the course of these two weeks. We can establish a meeting schedule prior to getting started. I will look for holes in your business plan, while also fortifying any weaknesses that may exist. I will develop a business plan for you, with a focus on your very first steps such as development of a Minimally Viable Product (Service), Customer Validation, and beginning Marketing Strategies. You will be set up to feel comfortable and confident in how to proceed upon completion of this project.
