The purpose is to deliver a job description including:
Job Title - job purpose - accountabilities - qualifications and KPIs is an extra charged service and this will give the opportunity for the direct manager to evaluate the job holder job through ensuring that all required tasks is included and also the KPIs is known for the employee to set common expectations.
This will be all explored from the interview that will take place either with the job holder ( someone who is fully aware and experienced) or the direct manager to guarantee that all required tasks mentioned.
After all requirements are fulfilled based on the plan the client choose, the job description will be delivered as per the plan days.
