Conduct phone screenings and virtual interviews.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and competencies.
*Verify and validate candidate prerequisites, licenses, certifications, and so forth.
*Review CVs to identify suitable prospects and reply to candidate inquiries.
*Update the candidate database and OneDrive files. *Manage pipeline/ATS to ensure accurate applicant profiling.
