Project details
The starter tier (one hour) is for new clients to understand what is at stake in a new implementation and to present them with my implementation methodology. You may then decide or not to continue.
Methodology: Agile
In this project, we (me as the consultant and my client company) will abide by an agile methodology. Agile methodology is essentially a structured replication of how we do things in life. This means that we will go by small steps (or cycles), trying to gain value for the project at each stage, but avoiding comprehensive and strict plans.
Implementation cycles
Each cycle should provide results beneficial for the business. After each cycle, we will aim for the next sprint and add more value to the implementation.
The standard duration of each cycle will be 3 weeks (it may change), and together with the stakeholders, I will define the methodologic workflow.
Project management
We will use the Odoo Project module to manage the Odoo implementation directly from within the Odoo platform. this will assure that the stakeholders in the Company will start using Odoo right away.
