You will get a grant-ready nonprofit program model and evaluation plan
Rising Talent

Project details
GrantReady turns an early or uneven nonprofit program concept into a coherent, funder-ready design. I will help clarify the need, participants, activities, outputs, outcomes, implementation approach, and evidence plan so the program story is both compelling and operationally credible. Depending on the tier, the package can include a program narrative, logic model, timeline, partner roles, evaluation questions and indicators, and alignment to one supplied funding opportunity. This is program-design and grant-readiness consulting—not grant prospecting, donor cultivation, submission management, or a promise of funding. Claims and needs statements will rely on verifiable client-supplied or appropriately sourced evidence.

I work with nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations that want their social impact and leadership efforts to move beyond good intentions and into thoughtful, well-executed practice. My work supports leaders and teams who care deeply about community, belonging, and stewardship.
My consulting focuses on four core areas: social impact and community engagement strategy, employee engagement and volunteerism systems, leadership development and facilitation, and impact measurement. Across these engagements, I help organizations clarify their purpose, design participatory experiences and systems, and build internal ownership so impact work is sustainable rather than episodic.
I bring a grounded, collaborative approach to every partnership. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I work closely with clients to co-design strategies and initiatives that reflect their mission, culture, and capacity. My work emphasizes clarity, alignment, and follow-through, ensuring that leadership and impact efforts are not only well-intentioned, but well-executed.
At the center of my practice is a belief that effective social impact and leadership are built through intentional design, honest reflection, and shared responsibility. When organizations invest in these principles, they are better equipped to serve their communities, engage their people, and lead with integrity.
I hold a B.A and M.A in Sociology, and I am currently a PhD candidate in Leadership Studies.
