You will get live physiotherapy consultation to manage pain
Working with Sohail was great! I had a knee injury and needed physiotherapy advice as i didn't have a physiotherapist nearby while travelling. He assessed the issue, gave recommendations on what to buy and excersises to resolve the injury quickly, as i would expect. 5/5* would recommend

⚫Step 2: After our initial meeting, I will create a program tailored for you and send it to you. This will include videos or links to videos, PDF, Files or Image illustrations on how to perform each exercise.
⚫Step 3 : For more complex injuries, or if you're unconfident about doing it properly, we will have live virtual sessions where I'll be able to personally instruct you and give you the same level of attention as an in-person session.
