I recently led the preparation of MAHER Consulting’s first sustainability report and have supported pioneering carbon accounting work within Pakistan’s nonprofit sector. My technical background in Civil Engineering allows me to understand buildings, materials, energy use, and infrastructure, while my experience in sustainability reporting enables me to translate technical findings into clear and practical recommendations.
Alongside my sustainability practice, I provide grant development, Results Based Management, and Monitoring and Evaluation services. I have prepared proposals for bilateral donors, United Nations agencies, international NGOs, foundations, and government programmes. My work includes needs assessments, theories of change, results frameworks, logical frameworks, indicator matrices, implementation plans, risk assessments, and donor compliant budgets.
I also design monitoring frameworks, SMART and CRISP indicators, baseline and endline studies, surveys, key informant interviews, focus group discussions, data collection tools, evaluation methodologies, and performance reporting systems. My approach focuses on evidence, neutrality, learning, and practical use by programme teams.
