Option 1 is a plan to set up your QMS. Option 2 is for 10 documents. The final option will provide you with a tailored QMS which encompasses all aspects of your business. From comprehensive documentation, adverse events, internal audit, stakeholder feedback, equipment management and key performance indicators, I will lay the foundations of a fully functioning QMS.
