You will get a detailed report of the findings from the strategy and planning workshop - I have delivered these sessions for numerous businesses facing various challenges and the outputs often form part of a working plan for the business to move forward with.
Once you've sent your requirements we'll have an initial 30 minute call to discuss the business, and what you want to achieve from the workshop. We'll make sure that we have enough information upfront to do the workshop.
Once we've agreed to proceed and the outputs are defined, we'll schedule in the workshop sessions at a time convenient to you. Typically the online sessions work in small chunks of sub-3 hours, or we may meet physically if that is better for you.
After the workshop session I will write up all the outputs and provide copies of any work generated during the session.
