Developed an AI-powered Resume Screening Agent using n8n and Google Gemini to automate the initial candidate screening process.

The system accepts a candidate resume through a webhook, extracts the resume text from a PDF, and sends it to an AI Agent for evaluation against a predefined Senior React Developer job description.

The AI evaluates candidates using a 100-point scoring framework:
Qualification: 30 points
Experience: 40 points
Technical Skills: 30 points
Total: 100 points
Shortlist threshold: 70/100

The screening checks 7 core technical skills: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Redux, REST APIs and Git.
