An AI screener scores each one on three job-relevant criteria: vehicle access, location, and availability. Qualified candidates get an interview invite automatically. Unqualified ones get a polite rejection automatically. You set how many active interviews you can handle — once you hit that cap, new qualified candidates go to a waitlist automatically. When a slot opens, the next person gets promoted. You own the system permanently. No ongoing fees to me.
