Felicia is very knowledgeable. I would recommend her but it didn't work for her and I. I wonder if there was confusion with expectations and deadlines, that I was willing to work through, but she stopped responding to any of my communications. I believe that things just didn't work between us. I am not able to speak to completion of her work.

Work-Based Learning Instructional Design
I hired Felicia for back to back contracts, both for $2K and results were different as night and day. First project was casual, friendly and successful. 2nd project lacked in communication, wasn't responsive to my requests for benchmark submissions, and didn't fulfill the project which was agreed upon just as the first, discussed by phone with a request for her quote. Felicia told me her quote, which followed the phone conversation didn't include all units for a Teachers Guide, therefore she wasn't obligated to do all units - however, we had spoken of the overall needs explicitly by phone. My goal was to have the online course completed by June 30, the end date of the contract, so it seems it may have been a miscommunication if she felt I didn't expect for all units to be in the requested Teachers Guide. This has resulted in an incomplete Guide, and was met with oddly condescending tone telling me I hadn't used the Upwork system correctly, which when I phoned Upwork for their help with this matter, they did confirm the dates where I had requested benchmarks. The 2nd project was disappointing, as it was obvious for the amount paid following the 1st project that I anticipated exceptional work and correspondence, the same as I had received on the 1st project. I believe Felicia is capable, but the lack of communication was poor during the 2nd project. She logged into my system on the 6th of June and not again until the 26th to complete a project on the 30th. For $2k, it seems something was off during this second phase of work.
