Where do I begin to compliment John?
He is absolutely amazing and you will not regret and be very happy you hired him!
We on the contracting side naturally hire freelancers because we ourselves personally lack the skill sets needed to complete a job for us. That said, when it comes to technical skills I admittedly will say, I knew what I wanted to accomplish on a surface level, but the technical approach to all this was lacking. So, upon John's recommendation, we first created a doc called, "Interpreting the data" where I was able to write out questions and get them answered by John to get a better understanding of the data and the technical side of what needed to be done!
From there, John went to work on the project and was able to develop an amazing tool in excel that modifies the data that I input from a .csv file and outputs a new excel with all of the criteria I need to then pass through WP All Import and load onto our site. He in fact created two versions for me...that both work flawlessly!
John, was amazing in his approach, very timely in getting everything done and available for me on a constant and immediate basis through both email and text that makes us that do the hiring feel secure in that we are never left in the dark and just waiting for the completion.
Lastly, I will say, that I hope this review is helpful to those looking to make hires. John will continue to get a lot of work, as he most certainly deserves it, but I just hope he is available when I need him in the future...as I know I will b working with him again and again!
