Reverse Engineering + Parametric CAD + Elastomer Simulation for a Consumer Product Contracted with Asad for physical performance simulation and preparation of manufacturing-ready CAD models. Asad delivered only partial simulation which was insufficient for the purposes stated in our contract. Asad delivered models that looked good to the eye but turned out to not be manufacturing-ready, as confirmed by 3 different manufacturers. Issue was how the models were built (Asad built the models out of separate elements that were not stitched together; left holes in unintended locations; and left distorted curves). Upon constructively negative feedback to him, he addressed the simple errors (holes & curves) but stated 'does not have time' to fix the larger errors, and refused to take responsibility. Interactions with him after delivery have been inefficient; focused on giving excuses rather than on resolving the issues.
