The DEI/ESG/Nonprofit Thought Partner Sessions are for those who need a thought partner for their potential DEI , ESG and/or Nonprofit initiatives. Whether for a program, department, development, or any type of project/activity. The discussion is to help focus thoughts, ideas, and possible solutions and/or next steps in getting your project going.
Sessions are at various lengths for various stages and needs. There are 1 Hour, 2 Hour and 3 Hour Session options. Agendas for the 2 and 3 Hour Sessions are mandatory, but flexible in creation. Summaries with afterthoughts from myself can be add-ons for the 2 and 3 Hour Sessions with revisions when requested within a week when receiving the summary. You can also purchase an additional hour for the 3 Hour package or as a follow up after the initial session.
Recordings will be allowed but solely for self-review purposes and should not be shared with others. Clients will have to initiate recording of the session on their end, but they will then be responsible for creating the virtual meeting link if using such a platform.

Behavioral Monitor Needed for Work Sessions (Non-Perfectionism Practice)
Korbin has a great attitude. My project was quite ambiguous. I think Korbin would do really well with projects that have clearer deliverables, but I enjoyed working with her and she was reliable to show up when she said she would.
