Most recently, I partnered with a growing childcare organization to strengthen its hiring and onboarding process by rewriting job descriptions, managing candidate recruitment, redesigning orientation, developing interview materials, creating facilitator guides, establishing employee expectations, and building a more consistent onboarding experience. I also supported hiring efforts for a local insurance office by assisting with recruiting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding improvements.

Earlier in my career with Adtalem Global Education, I spent more than a decade recruiting and interviewing prospective healthcare students while partnering with hospitals and healthcare organizations nationwide. My work included evaluating candidate readiness, building workforce partnerships, facilitating onboarding through the nationally implemented Team Start program, and collaborating across admissions, academics, financial aid, and clinical operations to improve the candidate experience from first conversation through successful program start. I also participated in internal employee recruitment, candidate screening, onboarding, and training initiatives, including redevelopment of the Workforce Development team's interactive training program in Canvas.
