I will also structure some compenstation as equity/options with long-term engagemetns after intial due diligence.
Rates are discounted for volume and time commitments. McKinsey and BCG charge $1,000 per hour for people with my experience, but only work for larger companies and six figure contracts.
You will see I have 100% 5-Star ratings, except for one contract here where the client was totally unrealistic about generating a strategic plan with a couple hours of talking and no market research, competitive intelligence or other offline work that is required for such a project. Crazy!
