This project leverages my proprietary Excel agent (EBITDAI) to allow a non-technical user to plan and build an investor-grade FP&A financial model directly inside Excel—at a fraction of the cost and time of a fully manual build. The agent loads natively in Excel, works like ChatGPT, and guides you through planning each part of the model and setting realistic assumptions. You can move quickly if you know what you want or take your time and iterate, with no time limit.
While planning, the model is encoded in the background, and the full build typically completes in 1–2 minutes. The agent then walks you through the model, explains how everything works, audits the outputs, and fixes issues if anything looks off. You can continue adding or replacing tabs after the model is built.
Many clients can complete the model entirely with the agent. If you want a human review or refinements, you can submit the model back to me. Higher tiers include built-in review time; otherwise I’ll quote any additional work. The result is a high-quality financial model comparable to my traditional consulting work, delivered faster and at a much lower cost.

Loads directly in Excel and works like ChatGPT. Sign up, enter your code, and describe your business. Optionally connect QuickBooks so the agent pulls data straight from your accounting system.
Step 2) Plan the model with the agent
The agent guides you through planning every part of the model and setting realistic assumptions. It can take as little as 10 minutes if you’re clear, or longer if you want to think, iterate, and refine—no time limit.
