Project details

A well-designed learning experience doesn't just transfer information — it changes how people think and show up.

I'm a Learning Experience Designer and facilitator with 15+ years designing workshops, leadership programs, and curricula across corporate, nonprofit, government, and community health settings.

What sets me apart: I design AND deliver. Programs are grounded in adult learning theory, experientially structured, and tested through real facilitation.

Choose your tier: a Workshop Blueprint — objectives, detailed agenda, and activity outlines you build from — or a complete half-day or full-day build with facilitator guide, activities, slides, and participant materials. One revision round included. Live facilitation of your finished workshop is available as an add-on.

Multi-session curricula and psychoeducational group programs are custom-quoted — message me and I'll scope it with you.

Fully remote. Bilingual English/Spanish. Need learning that produces real change? Let's build something together!

Executive Coach & Learning Experience Designer | ICF ACC

I help leaders and teams do the hardest part of work: communicate clearly, navigate change, and keep growing when the stakes are high. I'm an ICF-credentialed executive coach and Learning Experience Designer with 15+ years of experience across corporate, nonprofit, government, educational, and international settings.

What I do on Upwork:

→ Executive & Leadership Coaching — 1:1 coaching for leaders, managers, and executives navigating transitions, high-stakes decisions, communication challenges, or leadership effectiveness gaps. Sessions are goal-driven, evidence-informed, and grounded in coaching psychology and adult learning theory. Typical engagement: 6–12 sessions over 3–6 months.

→ Learning Experience Design (LXD) & Facilitation — Workshops, leadership development curricula, facilitator guides, and training programs designed for real behaviour change. I design AND deliver — a rare combination — so my materials work in the room, not just on paper.

→ Psychoeducational Program Design — Structured group learning programs grounded in evidence-based frameworks (ACT, mindfulness, emotional regulation, somatic awareness). I have direct design and delivery experience across correctional, community health, YMCA, and mental wellness settings. My curricula are trauma-informed, accessible, and facilitator-ready.

What makes me different:

My coaching and design work is informed by deep conflict resolution expertise — a 160-hour Certified Third Party Neutral designation (Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution), a Master's degree in Peace, Conflict and Development, and years leading coaching and training for organizations navigating high-stakes conflict. While my services here focus on coaching and learning design, that background means I understand the relational and structural dynamics underneath team dysfunction — and I coach and design with them in mind.

I bring a trauma-informed perspective to everything I build. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, which extends my reach to Spanish-speaking teams and Latin American clients.

I've designed and facilitated learning at Mount Royal University, YMCA Calgary, Pollack Peacebuilding Systems, CCR International, and the John Howard Society — across corporate, nonprofit, government, correctional, and community contexts.

Credentials at a glance:

ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) — valid through Aug 2029
M.A., Peace, Conflict and Development — Universitat Jaume I de Castellón
Certified Third Party Neutral (160 hrs) — Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution
Somatic Therapy and Body-Based Healing — Niel Asher Education
Instructional Design Foundations and Applications — University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign
Learning Experience Design: Orientation to the Profession — University of Michigan

I work fully remotely with clients across North America and internationally. Ready to build leadership capacity — or learning that actually changes behaviour? Let's chat :)
