My work sits at a rare intersection: I am both a credentialed coach and a certified conflict specialist (160-hour Certified Third Party Neutral and trained Mediator), with a trauma-informed lens and a Master's degree in Peace, Conflict and Development. I don't just coach — I understand the structural, relational, and psychological dynamics underneath organizational dysfunction, and I design interventions that address root causes, not symptoms.

Very few practitioners hold both at depth — and fewer still have 15+ years of real-world delivery across corporate, justice, government, educational, and international community settings. I'm also bilingual (English/Spanish), which extends my reach to Spanish-speaking organizations and Latin American clients.
