I work with founders, solopreneurs, and entrepreneurs at exactly those moments — when something has stalled and the old approaches aren't getting it unstuck.

Over 30 years I've been a founder, a team leader, and a builder. I became a coach because I kept finding myself in these conversations anyway — the hard decisions, the partnership tensions, the moments where someone capable is stuck and needs a clear-eyed person to think with. I'm ICF PCC-certified with over 500 coaching sessions behind me.

Clarity and focus — when you have too much on your plate and nothing is moving, the problem usually isn't effort, it's knowing what actually matters right now. We cut through the noise and commit to what's next.
Difficult decisions — the calls you've been avoiding. Hiring, firing, pivoting, walking away. We work through them properly instead of letting them sit.

I work with you alone or with both parties present, to find a way forward — repairing it or ending it with dignity.
Momentum and follow-through — when you keep starting and stopping, or know what to do but aren't doing it, we build the structure and honest accountability that makes follow-through natural rather than forced.
