This project offers practical legal support for startup fundraising, focused on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating investment documents so deals close smoothly and on time. I work with both founders and investors to translate commercial terms into clear, enforceable documentation while flagging risks early.
The Starter tier supports simple rounds with a single investor or early-stage startup and limited coordination. The Standard tier covers rounds with two to three investors, where documentation and negotiation become more complex. The Advanced tier provides end-to-end legal support, from term sheet to closing, including ancillary documents, negotiation support, and share pricing assistance until funds are received.
Support includes term sheets, shareholders’ agreements, subscription or share purchase agreements, SAFEs, Share Pricing Calculation and related documents such as MoUs or side letters. Each tier includes defined review rounds, with additional reviews available if needed.
This project covers India-based agreements, US (Delaware) documents, and SAFE notes. Other jurisdictions are supported where the structure is similar. Secretarial filings are excluded.
