The business plan lacked any depth and looks like off the shelf. Communication was poor where Victoria didn't ask any questions to make sure the plan is meeting expectations. Victoria also failed to provide any references for the market section or the assumptions behind the financial forecasting. Total disappointment

Find, write and apply to 3 nonprofit grants for TRRFS.ORG
I hired Victoria to find and apply to 3 non profit grants - she agreed that it would be $100/ per grant (based on hours) - $300 max for 3 grants. But she tried to bill me for $500 for 2 grants - she never completed the 3rd grants, despite me asking for months for it.
When I asked her for the contact names of the two grants she supposedly applied to, she refused to give their contact details (so I could confirm that she applied and ask for follow-up directions).
This is 100% fraud; I've reported it to Upwork already and will be contacting my CC company today.
