Starter - Talent Sourcing: A list of quality candidates will be emailed to you based on your criteria. Up to 50 candidates per list. The starter service is only a list of quality candidates. The service is completed once sent.
Recruiting Service: A full-service talent solution for a non-executive role you are hiring. We source the talent, screen them, and monitor them throughout the process. We work based on your needs and criteria. We find candidates most companies either can't find or don't have the ability to reach. This is well beyond what any job board can do!
We source and screen potential candidates for you. We do this for all three services. We find both passive and active candidates. No job board needed. We send at least 5* of the top ones to you. What you do from there is up to you. Some restrictions may apply*
Executive Search: We will help you hire any position Senior Director level or above. This is for those critical roles where major decisions happen. Where only the best qualify!

Create a list of qualified candidates based on the position. Minimum 10 candidates. Up to 50 candidates per list.
Screening (Excludes Talent Sourcing Unless Purchased)
Talk to and screen interested candidates based on our sourcing efforts. We will evaluate quality, fit, and qualifications. We will evaluate their interest in your position and only present quality, interested candidates to you.
