Phase One
This is more observational on my end. I will learn from the organization by interviewing staff, collecting feedback, and observing meetings. I will review what tools and resources are currently available.
Phase Two
I will make sense of everything through a SWOT analysis and develop a 30-60-90 day plan. This plan will be ultimately approved by you before moving forward.
