Chrissy Michelle is the founder of Tap & Breakthrough Coaching, TapVira, and Fyndelle. She has been an entrepreneur since 2017 and works with ambitious women, founders, professionals, and creatives who are ready to stop circling the same vision and finally follow through.
In 2018 Chrissy became a Community Organizer for a National Coworking Club for Women called Ladies Work Remote. For 3 years she's hosted hundreds of in person and virtual group coworking sessions and helped hundreds of women have a procrastination breakthrough.
In 2019 Chrissy began using Focusmate for 1:1 coworking sessions. She has since had 384 sessions on the platform boosting her own productivity and her coworking partner's productivity.
In 2021 Chrissy created and launched her own physical and digital planner and planning method.
In 2023 Chrissy trained and hired someone to be her 1:1 daily accountability coach. She worked with coaches for 14 months, getting to the next level with productivity and self improvement.
In 2024, Chrissy began using EFT Tapping and experienced major personal breakthroughs in mindset, discipline, confidence, emotional resilience, creativity, and execution. She also began helping women through habit mastery and breakthrough coaching. 20+ clients got results.
In 2025, she created The TapVira Method, a breakthrough coaching methodology that combines EFT Tapping, Breathwork, and Identity Activation Work to help clients move through procrastination, self-sabotage, performance pressure, creative blocks, perfectionism, fear of visibility, and emotional resistance. 70+ clients got results.
