• No Corporate Documents Provided by TLPS (standardized & unreviewed formation documentation may however be provided by the Registering Agent, with TLPS taking no liability for the adoption of such documents by Client);

*Option 2 (3rd TIER) => Advanced & Customized U.S. Company Setup:
• Federal EIN (Employer Identification Number),
• Beneficial Owner Report,
• Customized legal drafting of corporate formation documents, i.e. bylaws/operating agreements, & all founding resolutions (beneficial to ensure risk mitigation, transparency & clarity in business structure; useful for businesses that will seek investors later on as it offers assurance to investors due to the transparency & thorough legal/contractual structuring of the business).
