Today, my work falls into two areas: independent insurance consulting and property estimating.
On the consulting side, I specialize in HOA and condominium master policy analysis, commercial coverage reviews, agency E&O and compliance audits, and litigation support involving coverage interpretation, agent and broker standard of care, underinsurance, and replacement cost disputes.
I work independently of carriers, hold no carrier appointments, and earn no commissions. When I review an insurance program, there is no placement or sales incentive behind my recommendations. I read the actual forms and endorsements, not just the declarations page, and provide written analysis clients can act on and share with their board, counsel, agent, or carrier.
On the estimating side, I provide Xactimate support for restoration contractors and other property professionals, including roofing, interior damage, reconstruction, repair scopes, and supplements. My insurance background gives me context beyond entering line items: I understand how property claims are documented, how estimates are reviewed, and why the details of a scope matter.
