I will set up, configure, and optimize your Zoho Recruit Applicant Tracking System to create an organized, automated, and scalable recruitment process. This service is ideal for startups, staffing agencies, SMEs, and growing companies that need better candidate management, recruitment automation, workflow control, and hiring analytics.
Depending on your selected package, I can configure job and candidate modules, custom fields, recruitment pipeline stages, roles and permissions, approval workflows, email templates, interview scheduling, candidate status automation, reports, dashboards, vendor access, and hiring-manager collaboration.
I can also support candidate data import, database cleanup, recruitment process mapping, ATS optimization, administrator training, and SOP documentation.
