You will get a brand voice guide that makes your content sound like you
Rising Talent

Project details
Every writer you hire writes in their own voice. Every AI tool defaults to the same polished, generic output. The only way around this is to document what your voice actually is.
That is exactly what this guide does.
I read through your existing content—newsletters, podcasts, LinkedIn posts, or website copy—and produce a 4–6 page document that captures how you actually sound. I extract your voice rules, signature phrasings, and the unique rhythms that make your writing recognizably *you*.
This is built as a working document, not a fluffy branding artifact. Hand it to your next writer so they brief up quickly, or paste the custom prompt into Claude or ChatGPT so the output stops sounding like everyone else.
What you get:
• A 4–6 page voice guide (PDF & editable Google Doc)
• Content audit of up to 15,000 words of your existing writing
• Voice rules, signature phrases, and sentence-level patterns
• On-voice vs. off-voice examples drawn from your real content
• A paste-ready voice prompt for AI tools
• A 1-page briefing sheet for future writers
Message me a link to your content and a short note about your goals. I read every inbound.

Email & Sales Copywriter for Experts | Sequences & Pages That Sell
Rock Island, United States - 7:30 am local time
I write voice-matched email and sales copy for coaches, consultants, and course creators, and the numbers hold: a welcome sequence I wrote opened at 54% with a 12% click, a sales page I rewrote went from 2.8% to 6.4% in thirty days, and a newsletter I ghostwrite has held above 47% open across eleven issues. All from voice and the way the writing is built, not subject-line tricks.
My deepest work is email: welcome and nurture sequences, sales and landing pages, and the newsletters that hold the inbox together. But the writing does not stop there. I also write the social content, short-form video scripts, and LinkedIn and thought leadership pieces that bring people to the list in the first place. Whatever the format, the job is the same: copy that sounds like you wrote it on your best day, and reads like a person making an honest case instead of a campaign trying to close a sale.
On the technical side, I work across the major email platforms, including Mailchimp, Wix, ConvertKit and MailerLite, so where your list lives is never the bottleneck. And the writing itself is built to keep you out of the spam folder: no gimmicky subject lines, no tactics that get sends flagged.
What that work has produced:
- Welcome sequence for an executive coach: 54% open and 12% click on the lead email, four points above average.
- Sales page rewrite for an online educator: 2.8% to 6.4% in thirty days, on the same traffic and the same offer.
- Eleven newsletter issues for a leadership consultant: above 47% open across the full run, with no single issue below 45%.
Those numbers did not come from tricks, A/B testing, or urgency tactics. They came from voice fidelity and the quality of the writing itself. That is a deliberate choice, and it is what makes the results repeatable.
You may be a fit if any of this sounds familiar:
- Every writer you have hired delivers something that does not sound like you.
- You have a following and a method, and your email list is not doing much with either.
- Your page gets traffic and does not move people the way it should.
- You need content going out consistently, and you do not have time to write it yourself.
Every project starts with voice intake: a short call plus three to five samples of your existing writing, so the emails sound like you wrote them. For ongoing work, I document your voice up front in a guide any writer or tool can work from, so the copy stays yours as the volume grows.
A note on how I got here. I spent years as a director of admissions in healthcare before writing full time, which taught me how to sell where trust is the actual product and overselling does more damage than good. I founded Pen & Purpose Collective in 2025, and I have trained through the Premium Ghostwriting Academy, the Copy Posse Spark Roadmap, and Kelsey Rodriguez's Creative Accelerator.
What you get is the absence of generic. Copy your reader is willing to keep reading, in a voice they recognize as yours.
If that is what you are after, click Invite to Job or send me a message with a link to your site and a sentence about what you are working on. I read every inbound and reply within a day.
