Redesign website + banners
He disappeared after the first day without any notice. He came back 2-3 weeeks after I asked him if the job is done. He didn't start the contract before I asked him what's going on. He partially tried to do the job but the quality was way under my expectation. So I decided to cancel the contract.

- Start with the actual user flow, not just the screens — I want
to know where people get confused or drop off before I start
designing
- Wireframe and prototype in Figma so we can test the logic before
investing time in visual polish
- Build interfaces with real hierarchy — dashboards especially,
where the temptation is always to show everything at once
- Hand off clean, organized files so developers aren't guessing
at spacing, states, or edge cases
- Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for icons, UI graphics, and
supporting visual assets
