Project details

A digital product can work technically and still leave users confused, frustrated, or unsure what to do next. I’ll provide an independent, senior-level UX audit of your web app, mobile app, SaaS product, or digital platform to identify where the experience is breaking down and what to improve.

With 20 years of experience in software and UX, I evaluate more than visual design. I look at complete user journeys, navigation, information hierarchy, workflows, terminology, interaction patterns, system feedback, error states, and other points of friction that affect usability and user confidence.

You’ll receive a practical, prioritized assessment designed to help your product and development teams take action. Significant findings connect the current experience to the UX problem, user impact, recommended experience, and priority—so your team understands not just what could be improved, but why it matters and what to do next.

This is an audit, not a full redesign. The goal is to identify the changes that can make the greatest difference to your existing product.

About Jennifer

UX & Customer Experience Consultant | SaaS & Digital Products

I help make complex digital products, platforms, and customer experiences easier to understand and use.

I bring 20+ years of experience in UX, digital product design, and online learning. For 12 years, I led UX and design for online curriculum at Stride, serving learners from kindergarten through higher education. I worked closely with product managers, developers, curriculum teams, and stakeholders to turn complex requirements and system interactions into intuitive digital experiences.

My experience includes UX and usability, user research and testing, customer experience, system and user flows, stakeholder presentations, product documentation, and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Today, I also run two online businesses, giving me hands-on experience building and supporting digital products. I work with websites, online courses, customer journeys, ecommerce, documentation, automation, and platforms including Teachery, Teachable, Shopify, and Zapier.

I’m especially good at stepping into something complicated, understanding how the pieces fit together, identifying where users are getting stuck, and making the experience clearer—for both customers and the teams supporting them.
