The Turum burum are superior at ux audit. I am very satisfied with their hypotheses, reasoning, and timely service. They were very patient with us a growing start up and answered all of my concerns. I will definitely use them for annual ux audits for our business. I would prefer to use a separate UI designer, but their internal UI designer is still pretty good. Overall I would rate my experience 5/5. They are a hidden gem on the upwork platform .
