Over the past few years I've worked on patient portals, admin dashboards, delivery-tracking apps, and analytics tools projects where clarity matters as much as looks. Healthcare and logistics products in particular tend to carry a lot of complexity (compliance, real-time data, multiple user roles), and my focus is making that complexity disappear for the end user.
