I make websites where scrolling drives the animation directly — the scroll bar is the playhead, like scrubbing a video. Stop scrolling and it stops. Scroll back up and it runs backwards, frame for frame. It isn't a video file, and it isn't a set of fade-ins that trigger on the way down. It's a real interface that responds to exactly how fast your visitor moves.
Every tier ships as working, deployed code on your own domain and your own hosting — roughly $5-15/month, paid by you to your host, not to me. No subscription, no platform lock-in, no licence to renew. You get the source files. If you never speak to me again, the site keeps running.

Custom Software & Automations That Run a Business Without the Owner

US born, native english, fluent in Spanish. I own a multi location restaurant in Buenos Aires, and a few other small businesses before it. Every one had the same problem: a pile of tools that each did one job and none of which talked to each other. The gaps got filled by people retyping things, and by me:

So I built. Replaced what wasn't worth its price. Integrated what was, including
systems with no public API documentation and webhook behavior the vendor never wrote
down. Built the pieces no vendor sells, because nobody makes software shaped like one
specific business.
What's in production now gives me back more than 50 hours a month. But hours aren't the
real return. I run an ad hoc business and get almost no ad hoc requests. The place
operates without me, and there's no part of it I'm anxious about not seeing.

1. I learn how your operation actually runs. Not a requirements form — a real
conversation about what your people do all day.
2. A written plan before anything gets built: what it replaces, what it connects, what
it shows you, what it costs. You approve it or we change it.
3. Fixed price, milestones you sign off on.
4. Deployed to your accounts. You own it. No monthly fee to me.

Food for thought:
If you've hired here before and it didn't land, I'd gently suggest that review count
wasn't the missing variable. The freelancers who were exceptional on this platform
mostly aren't on it anymore, their first clients took them direct. If you're hiring for
an exceptional result rather than a safe average, that person is usually early rather
than established.
