Manikandan was responsive, polite, and accommodating when requested to make final adjustments and fix minor text errors. He successfully delivered clean, publication-ready PDF and EPUB files. However, the process required a significant amount of active oversight, back-and-forth guidance, and detailed checking on my part to catch formatting inconsistencies before reaching the final product.
