I've been designing websites for 10 years, 4 of those through my website design agency. I'm based in Romania, but I'm from the United States originally (so I know English natively). We can also design websites in Romanian or French.
This project is for websites that don't include an e-commerce or membership feature. Our websites that we've been doing off Upwork are done with a monthly fee as well, but we can't do that through Upwork, so we expect that you bring your own hosting for WordPress and give us a separate login access to it to be able to complete the project (and you'll just pay their hosting).
Our websites on this project are designed using Divi on WordPress (access to Divi is included in this price).
