Project that I contacted Venkatesan for was complex and unique. We met multiple times over a period of three weeks to ensure that we were on the right track in designing the correct parameters. Venkatesan is very diligent and serious about his clients needs. Despite a 12 hour time difference, Mr. Ramalingam went above and beyond to meet with me and listen to my concerns. I will be working with them again.

ISO Mechanical Engineer and Product Designer for hygienic product.
Personally Venkat was not a bad person to communicate with. However, he consistently did not meet scheduled hit times. Most days of the week, he was unable to be reached by phone which resulted in him missing key team meetings. Furthermore, upon reaching the last milestone of the contract, he failed to adhere to the specific key components that were to be present during that milestone. All in all, I think Mr. Venkat needs to work on his accountability and prompt response time if he is going to be a credible freelancer.
