Usability analysis is the first step of the CRO. This is the process when the UX specialist takes the following actions:
1. Implements click maps, scroll maps, heat maps, and other tools to track user behavior;
2. Analyzes your analytics data;
3. Based on the data obtained and relying on his 9+ years of experience in the industry, generates hypotheses on what to do to improve the interface and increase conversions.
As a result of this UX audit, you will get a ready-made plan to improve the user experience and thereby increase conversions and other site KPIs:
• 20-40 hypotheses outlining in detail the issues identified, and on what pages they were found, accompanied by screenshots and an explanation of why they are considered an issue;
• Prioritization of all identified problems (high, medium, and low critics level);
• Recommendations for fixing those issues with the best practice screenshots added.
This report can be presented in a table or a slideshow with visualization.

The Turum burum are superior at ux audit. I am very satisfied with their hypotheses, reasoning, and timely service. They were very patient with us a growing start up and answered all of my concerns. I will definitely use them for annual ux audits for our business. I would prefer to use a separate UI designer, but their internal UI designer is still pretty good. Overall I would rate my experience 5/5. They are a hidden gem on the upwork platform .
