California Energy Consultant for Title 24 Compliance Reports TOTAL FAILURE & MISREPRESENTATION. The freelancer ended this contract while a formal dispute was active. He admitted to being unlicensed to provide the 'certified' compliance reports he sold me. After missing every deadline and disappearing for weeks, he is now walking away with 50% of the funds despite providing ZERO usable work. A complete waste of time and money. DO NOT TRUST.
